Our colloquium is an opportunity to present and discuss research projects on a regular basis and in a collegiate atmosphere. The seminar is especially designed to support young researchers like PhD candidates or late MA students with formulating relevant research questions, using the right methodology, finding and interpreting data and with all aspects writing up a thesis. However, also seasoned academics and professors are welcome to join of course! Researchers are invited to present projects at all stages (early sketch and idea, finished exposé, data analysis, write-up phase) and the feedback will be of non-binding and advisory character only. Repetative presentations (every semester or academic year) are possible and will be encouraged.
If there is no presentation scheduled we like to discuss new research results and publications, we talk about specific methodological questions or we brainstorm about new research programs.
The Colloquium is official part of the NAUKAM Doctoral School's Curriculum since September 2016.
